We had been looking for our first home and we couldn't find anything that suited us, until we saw a listing in Trade Me from Highmark. We looked around the area and compared prices with other build companies. We noticed that we got more and better quality for less than what other build companies were offering. We rang up Ingrid and set a meeting. We discussed everything and even with COVID, there was never an issue. Ingrid helped us find a mortgage broker and lawyer as we didn't know much about buying a house. Chris and Jason got back to us quickly about paperwork and build procedures. Once all the paperwork was signed and the build began, it was such as smooth and easy process. When there were changes to be made communication was quick and easy. We highly recommend Highmark to everyone; we hand out Ingrid’s number every time someone says that want a new home. We are over the moon about our brand new built home and when it comes time to build our forever home, we will be using Highmark to build it for us. Such an amazing team, so helpful, full of fun and laughter.
